Ezekiel Chs. 40 thru 48 are filled with places and descriptions that seemingly contradict our understanding of the resurrection: there are descriptions of a priesthood manifested in the flesh and not spirit, descriptions of Levites who went astray and are ordered to bear their iniquity by serving in the Temple, there are descriptions of marrying and giving in marriage, and no mention anywhere of the 144,000 or the Multitude. I invite you to contemplate with me these mysteries and possibly begin to realize how the fate of Spiritual Israel, those born-again in Christ, may be stranger and more wonderful than we can begin to imagine.
